East Kent Goldings
Big, smooth, and beautifully complex. Rich and warming with notes of caramel, dark candy sugar, and toasted malt. Belgian yeast esters add fruity complexity while the elevated ABV provides a smooth, sweet alcohol presence rather than harsh heat.

Nitro Brown Ale, 25 IBU, 4.9% ABV
Cascade
The Brown Nitro is a gorgeous mahogany brown ale with a creamy off-white head. The subtle citrus hop taste is well balanced with notes of toffee, caramelized sugar, light cocoa, and a very light nutty flavor. Quick! Grab a pint before it disappears!
Hop Monster
New England IPA, 36 IBU, 7.1% ABV

Our version of a New England IPA brewed with Columbus, Citra, Amarillo, and Mosaic hops. Don’t be scared by the hop monster. It is a very approachable NEIPA that is not overly bitter, but rather it is a smooth, easy drinker with a citrusy flavor.

Habenero Stout, 55 IBU, 5.8% ABV
Goldings East Kent, Chocolate and Roasted Malt, Habenero
Spice up your night with classic stout flavors of chocolate, coffee, and caramel upfront, followed by a warming kick of habanero heat that builds gently without overwhelming.
Ember
Irish Red Ale, 22.5 IBU, 4.3% ABV
Fuggle
Smooth and easy-drinking with a deep amber glow, this Irish Red Ale opens with soft caramel sweetness and toasted biscuit. Earthy, woody notes from Fuggle hops add gentle bitterness and balance. The finish is clean and slightly dry, with lingering toffee and a touch of herbal spice.
Mosaic
Double IPA, 80 IBU, 7.5% ABV
Mosaic
Bold and saturated with hop character, this double IPA explodes with Mosaic’s signature blend of juicy tropical fruit, ripe berry, and citrus. Notes of mango, blueberry, and tangerine lead, backed by a subtle piney edge. A light malt backbone adds just enough sweetness to balance the punchy bitterness. The finish is assertive, slightly resinous, and lingers with waves of fruit-forward hop intensity.

Full bodied, bold, sweet and malty with layers of caramel and toffee. Minimal hop. Alchol is well hidden. It's sweet and warming, which is perfect for the cold weather and slow sipping.
Wandering Monk

Goldings East Kent
Smooth caramel and biscuit malt character upfront, layered with fruity and spicy yeast notes. Low bitterness keeps it malt-forward but complex. Finishes clean and slightly sweet with lingering Belgian yeast spice.

Hefeweizen, 13 IBU, 5.0% ABV
Hallertauer Mittelfrueh, Hallertau Blanc
